Specialized
Experience:
Specialized experience is experience directly related to the position to be filled. Specialized experience must be described for each grade level advertised. The specialized experience requirements for this position are:
Qualifying experience for GS- 11 includes one year of specialized experience comparable to GS- 09 which is directly related to the work of this position and which has equipped the applicant with the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position. For this position, specialized experience is experience planning and coordinating administrative and business management activities in the areas of financial management, facilities management, human resources management and procurement. Such experience must have included managing budget formulation, execution, and administration; preparing reports, administrative policy statements and procurement cost analysis; and advising and informing employees of human resources rules, policies, regulations, and procedures. OR Education:
Completion of a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree; or 3 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.M., if related. OR Combining Education and
Experience:
A combination of specialized experience and graduate level education as described above may be used to meet the total qualification requirements, such that the percentage of required experience plus the percentage of required education equals 100%. (Note:
only education in excess of the first two years is creditable.) To calculate, first determine your total number of graduate semester hours beyond the first 36 and divide that number by 18. Next, divide the total number of months of qualifying experience by 12. Now add your percentages of education and experience. The two percentages must total at least 100% for you to qualify based on your combination of education and experience. GS-12:

One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 grade level in the Federal service which has equipped the candidate with the Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities to perform the duties of the position. Specialized experience is experience managing all phases of budget of formulation and administration; advising management on procedures, laws and regulations in human resources. Familiarity with procurement and contracting regulations and requirements; implements management of facility and real property and/or coordinates occupational safety/health programs. Education:
Completion of a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree; or 3 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.M., if related. OR Combining Education and
Experience:

You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
